After your trial ends your card is charged automatically for the plan you selected. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged anything.

You enter your truck's height, weight, width and length when you set up your vehicle profile. Every time you request a route CivMaps sends those dimensions to the HERE Truck Routing API — the same engine used by logistics companies globally. HERE's data includes bridge clearances, weight limits, width restrictions and hazmat routes across Australia. Routes that would put your truck in danger are automatically excluded.

Yes. CivMaps supports all Australian heavy vehicle combination types including rigid trucks, semi-trailers, B-doubles, B-triples, road train doubles and road train triples. Your combination type is part of your vehicle profile and affects which roads and routes are available to you.

Yes. CivMaps is built exclusively for Australia. The routing data, bridge clearance information, truck stop locations and road restriction data are all sourced from Australian data providers including NHVR and state road authorities. We are not an overseas app adapted for Australia — we are built here from day one.

Yes. CivMaps supports both CarPlay and Android Auto so your navigation appears on your vehicle's built-in display. Full turn-by-turn with voice guidance so your phone stays out of your hands.

Yes. The Small Fleet plan covers up to 3 drivers and the Fleet plan covers up to 15 drivers. You invite drivers via a unique code from your fleet dashboard. Each driver gets their own vehicle profile and the account owner can manage all drivers from the web dashboard.

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard at civmaps.com.au/account. If you cancel during your trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after your trial you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. All CivMaps pricing is in AUD. There are no currency conversion surprises. GST is included in all displayed prices.
